Undertaking the responsibility of turning that dream into reality we, Siddhartha Bank have introduced beneficial Commercial Agriculture and Livestock Loan (CAL). This is an interest-subsidized loan sanctioned in favor of business entities involved in agriculture and livestock to finance their requirement of the fund as defined in "Unified Guidelines, 2075 for Interest Subsidy on Subsidized Loan".

Various funded and non-funded credit facilities will be provided to firms/business entities involved in commercial agriculture and livestock farming.

Features
  • Loan Limit up to Nrs. 100 Million.
  • Revolving Facilities: Maximum up to one year, renewable every year subject to satisfactory performance review; repayable on demand.
  • Fixed Term Loan: Maximum up to 15 years for land and building as well as other Fixed Assets (inclusive of livestock/cattle/plantation etc.) including the Moratorium period. Interest Subsidy on tenure up to 5 years.
  • Interest Rate : Base Rate +2% premium.
  • Loan Processing and Renewal – FREE
  • Interest Subsidy of 5% 
  • Note: In case of Loan value Exceeding Nrs.50 Million. 5% subsidy will be provided on First Nrs.50 million and 2 % on the remaining amount exceeding Nrs. 50 million.
