Process for registration of existing iConnect users residing abroad in BankSmart XP

Process for registration of existing iConnect users (residing abroad) in BankSmart XP:

  1. Customer residing abroad can go to Forms & Downloads>>Forms>>Application Form>>BankSmart XP Form for iConnect users residing abroad.
  2. Customer to download the form "BankSmart XP Form for iConnect users residing abroad", fill the details and sign the form. Alternatively, customer can submit the handwritten form in the said format to the Bank.
  3. Customer to scan the form and send it to customercare@sbl.com.np, with subject: “Application for BankSmart XP for iConnect user”
  4. On registration, customer will receive alert in Email to activate the BankSmart XP.
  5. Customer to download the BankSmart XP app from Play Store/Apple Store.
  6. Customer to Click on “Register/Activate” and follow the registration/activation process.

Note: Customer can submit the original application form for BankSmart XP to our Remittance Representative residing abroad (wherever available) to avail the full fledges mobile banking service.
