• Mr. Agrawal has been associated with SBL as the Director of the Bank since January 2016 and represents the promoter group of the Bank. Earlier, he was associated with the Bank in the capacity of a Director in 2005 for approximately 2 years. Mr. Agrawal is a seasoned industrialist and businessman of the country and possesses extensive experience of more than 40 years in the sector of business and trade.
• He is also the director of Arunodaya Udhyog Pvt. Ltd., Ganesh Ferrozinc Industries Pvt. Ltd., Ganapati Metacon Pvt. Ltd. Yeti Polychem Pvt. Ltd. to name a few. He is also actively engaged in social service through Rotary international and is the charter member of Rotary Club of Biratnagar.

• Mr. Agrawal holds an MBA Degree from Middlesex University, London. He is an entrepreneur with well-established businesses in several industries like such as cement, steel and paper. He is an executive board member of the Reliance Group of Nepal.
• Mr. Agrawal is also the director of Siddhartha Capital Limited. He has experience of working in various banks of Nepal and India.

• Mr. Palikhe is a renowned investor and has worked in the field of commerce and investment for more than 13 years.
• He has been working with Siddhartha Bank Limited as its director from December 2017, representing Renewal Investment Pvt. Ltd. He is associated with several other organizations as well.

Mrs. Mina Kumari Sainju

• Mrs. Sainju has joined Siddhartha Bank as a Director with over 30 years of banking experience and previous board memberships in various other financial institutions. She was a Director of Pancchimanchal Gramin Bikas Bank, Nagarik Laghubitta Sanstha Limited, and Janata Bank Nepal Limited.
• She also holds a Master’s Degree in Management from TU and has held several managerial positions at Nepal Bank Limited from Assistant Manager all the way to Deputy General Manager.
