Video KYC for Online Account Activation

Customers can open their saving accounts online and conduct video KYC for the activation of the account and ancillary services selected during the opening.

Steps to Complete V-KYC
  1. Fill out the Online Account Opening Application Form : Click here for Application Form

  2. After submission, bank will verify your request and email your account details along with the link for video banking scheduling.

  3. Initiate Video call by opening the link sent in your email or Click here for the link

  4. Confirm the meeting date and time when bank's respresentative contacts you.

  5. Open the link sent to your email ID/SMS.

  6. Provide Access to the Camera, Microphone and location in the device.

  7. Connect to the video call and complete your Video-KYC.

Requirements before Conducting V-KYC
  1. Original Identification Documents(Citizenship/Passport/National ID Card/Voter ID/PAN Card/Driver's License).

  2. Black/ Blue pen and Blank white paper.

  3. Stamp Pad

  4. Additional documents requested during account opening.

Technical Specifications

Please also ensure the following technical specifications are also met:

  1. Ample/Sufficient light & Clear Background.
  2. Smartphone or Laptop equipped with Camera, Microphone, and Speaker.
  3. Stable Network Connection with latest browser like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari for MacOS.
  4. Permissions for Camera, Microphone, and Location must be "Allowed" in chosen browser, and phone settings.
  5. Ad-blockers should be disabled for the bank's Video Banking site.
