Siddhartha Bank (Ex) is the internet banking application through which different banking services can be availed by the customers. This solution helps to reduce the workload, as customers can avoid visit to the Bank to avail such services. The corporate module of Bank (Ex) is meant exclusively for businesses that can manage their accounts independently for services such as Salary Management, IPS Requests, Statement Generations, Balance Inquiry, Advise Generation etc.
Eligibility
- Any corporate client having account in Siddhartha Bank Limited is eligible for Bank (Ex). Currently the existing iConnect service is continued for individual customer, whereas for any corporate client Bank (Ex) can be provided.
Extra Service from Bank (Ex):
In addition to the existing service that is being offered with existing iConnect, Bank (Ex) will offer extra services to our valued corporate customer. Some of the major highlighted features that will provided with Bank (Ex) are:
- Password Delivery:
In contrast to existing procedures of password delivery in printed PIN mailer, login credential shall be delivered automatically to email address provided to the Bank.
- Multiple User Creation:
Once the MAIN USER is created by the Bank, customers can create multiple users, using the MAIN USER with Input role as per their requirement.
- Authorizing Concept:
For corporate user, the concept of Input and Approve can be provided with Bank (Ex) for fund transfer, where separate limits can be assigned to different Approving users as per their request.
- IPS Transaction:
With help of Bank (Ex) corporate customer can perform IPS transactio
