MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Junior Assistant Level

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 in the field of Information Technology/Computer Science /Computer Engineering with at least 1 year of related work experience

AGE LIMIT

Junior Assistant Level:

Male: Age not exceeding 30 years as on application deadline

Female: Age not exceeding 35 years as on application deadline

JOB PROFILE:

  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, scanners, printers, Epabx, CCTV/DVR-NVR, Photocopy.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components and software applications.
  • Monitor and ensure the optimal performance of IT equipment and infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions and technical issues.
  • Maintain and update hardware inventory and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement hardware solutions and improvements.
  • Provide technical support to Braches for hardware/Software-related issues.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

  • Experience with various hardware configurations and setups for desktops, laptops, and other devices.
  • Knowledge of computer components (CPU, RAM, hard drives, motherboards, etc.) and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Knowledge of error codes and troubleshooting procedures for common hardware problems.
  • Knowledge of system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and hardware (routers, switches, network cables).
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and utilities for troubleshooting hardware issues.
  • Proficiency with multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Ability to install, configure, and upgrade software applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and perform basic network configurations.
  • Familiarity with common software used in banking and office environments.
